Finally, no snow on the road.
We took Hwy. 9 and then had to go down to I-70 to get to beautiful scenic Hwy. 119/72 all the way to Estes Park where we were headed. We would be staying on the east side of RMNP and meeting Don & Diane Gray for four days at Aspenglen campground inside the park.
This is a beautiful stone house on the way to Estes Park.
This was the first elk we saw on the west side of RMNP, they are huge!
